We believe that being at your facility with your staff is the best possible way for us to ensure that you get the most out your solution. If distance and budget will not allow us to provide on-site training, we can provide Web-based and telephone-based training.
Our tools are not difficult to use. In fact, we specifically design them to be easy to use and free from clutter. In most cases, you and your staff will develop a working command of our software within two hours or less.
When you need support, we know you want service right away. Foxbright offers you the direct telephone number of a real person who can help. We have staff on-call for after-hours emergencies, and you will find that we are highly responsive to your needs.
